Unit III: Broker A & B Courses

If you have been a licensed South Carolina Real Estate Agent for at least three years and are ready to take your real estate career to the next level, enroll in our broker courses. In order to become a licensed broker in South Carolina, you must be at least 21 years of age and have successfully completed 150 hours of approved real estate courses (90 of those hours were required for the sales license). Real estate brokers can excel to the next level by becoming a Broker-In-Charge to open their own firm.
